How do I place an order?

Each order is created bespokely for each couple. Please get in touch if you would like to place an order I will be in touch with your quote. Please include which items you require, how many and which collection you would like. Please get in touch at hello@abbieworton.com, or fill in the contact form on the contact page.

Can I order samples?

Of course – sometimes you just need to see and feel things in real life! A sample pack includes a range of designs (please let me know if there is a specific collection you are interested in) and the additional extras which makes your staitonery extra special such as; envelope liners, belly bands and envelope stickers! Please get in touch at hello@abbieworton.com to order a sample pack.

Is there a minimum order?

There is a minimum order of 30 of each item.

How long does the process take?

Depending on what you order, the process can take between 2-6 weeks. Bespoke orders can take between 6-10 weeks, again depending on what is ordered. I can turn around orders pretty quickly so if you have a tight deadline please do get in touch and I will see what I can do!

What can I customise?

All of my House Collections are customisable enabling you to change the colours and wording to suit your day. If the changes are more complex than those mentioned above there will be a small design fee.

Can I see a proof of my stationery?

Of course! All quotes include digital PDF proofs and three rounds of amends. Physical samples are offered for a fee. Further additional amends and proofs will incur a charge.

Can I order more invitations at a later date?

This is possible however it is significantly more expensive to order more at a later date as printing is costly for a small run. We’d strongly recommend ordering spares with your initial order.

What are the payment terms?

We take a 50% deposit upon booking to confirm your order, the balance is then due on sign off of designs before the items are sent to print. The deposit is non-refundable, unless the order is cancelled by myself. I cannot guarantee any order until the deposit is paid. Stationery will only be sent to print once the final balance is paid.
