Terms and Conditions

All orders placed with Abbie Worton will be subject to these Terms & Conditions below. Please ensure that you have read these terms and are happy with them before placing your order. Any order received signifies your acceptance of these terms.

 

PAYMENT

A written quote will be provided based on your specific requirements. The quote is valid for 30 days from the date it was sent to you. A 50% deposit is required before any design takes place to confirm the booking. I cannot guarantee any order until the deposit is paid. The remaining 50% will then be payable once final artwork is approved and ready to send to print. Stationery will only be sent to print once the final balance is paid. The deposit is non-refundable unless the order is cancelled by Abbie Worton.

 

PROOFS

All quotes include digital PDF proofs and three rounds of amends. Physical samples are offered for a fee. Further additional amends and proofs will incur a charge.

 

PRINTING

All stationery is printed on high quality 300gsm card stock. Alternative papers can be used but please let me know when booking if this is something you would like to discuss. The colours seen on screen can differ slightly to printed colour due to differences in screen type, computer type, colour profiles and calibration settings.

 

SIGN OFF

Abbie Worton is not responsible for proofreading and will not take responsibility for any errors. All orders are subject to written approval of a final proof by you which includes spelling, punctuation, grammar and text size. I recommend that you print the proofs I send so you can check them for errors and text size. Any mistakes that are found after approval will be subject to re-printing costs.

 

DELIVERY

All items will be sent signed and tracked to ensure they arrive with you safely. The cost for this will be confirmed in the initial quote. I am not responsible for any delivery issues caused by client error, including incorrect delivery addresses, deliveries signed for by neighbours or left in ‘safe spaces’. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is present at the given address to sign for the parcel on the delivery date stated.

 

COPYRIGHT

I work extremely hard to ensure my work is finished to an extremely high standard so unfortunately I am unable to send you any artwork for printing and manipulating yourself. All designs and photographs are the copyright and property of Abbie Worton. Neither you, nor a third party may replicate or reproduce any part of the design in any way without permission.

 

OWNERSHIP

Abbie Worton reserves the right to use any completed projects or designs as marketing and promotional material through social media channels, blogs, printed press or for any other promotional purposes. Personal details you have provided will be protected and not disclosed.

 

RETURNS

As all stationery created is personalised, all stationery items and invitations are non-refundable. Your deposit is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your order during the design process before artwork has gone to print, you will not be required to pay your remaining balance. Once you have approved the artwork and paid the balance, the sale becomes final. I cannot accept returns due to any errors,
it is your responsibility to ensure the wording/spellings on your stationery matches with your requirements. If errors are discovered once your stationery is sent to print, I am required to charge for a reprint at the minimum quantity.
